The restaurant features Omakase-style dining, where our chefs demonstrate their creativity and expertise in Japanese culinary arts. About the Restaurant: Join this growing restaurant group in London, renowned globally for its revolutionary dining concepts. This new opening combines the best of Japanese and Mexican culinary traditions, providing an exceptional atmosphere for both diners and staff. Your Role: Take a leading role in our kitchen brigade as a Senior Chef de Partie specialising in sushi. Expertise in sushi and experience with Omakase-style dining is highly advantageous. Collaborate with a team of distinguished chefs and culinary experts. Craft and present high-quality Japanese dishes, focusing on sushi and Omakase experiences. Contribute to menu development, recipe creation, and culinary innovation. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your deep knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine. We're Looking For: An experienced Sushi Chef with stable career progression in renowned establishments. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a sushi chef in a similar role, preferably in internationally recognised businesses. Extensive knowledge of and passion for Japanese cuisine, especially sushi. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and the ability to obtain IELTS 4.0 or higher.
