ChartersBCN is a small charter company based in Barcelona, with catamarans and sailing boats, for private and shared tours. We are looking for an open-minded intern during spring/summer 2020. We need assistance in our office for incoming booking requests, marketing campaigns and social media account. We also sell our tours directly to customers in front of our boats, where we also provide information about private tours. Since we are a small company, we will try to give you an insight into the different departments and distribute your work depending on your capabilities. Here a few tasks you will perform during your internship: • Manage new and existing bookings • Get familiar with a reservation system and CRM • Contact with clients via phone and mail • Translate marketing related content • Sell tours face to face • Provide possible customers with information about tours • Manage social media accounts • Improve online presence • Organise and expand customer base Working Hours: 5 Days a week (1 Sunday or Saturday per week), 8 hours a day Qualifications • Good English (any other language favourable) • Open-minded • Organized • Experience or interest in Tourism Industry • Microsoft Office
