Tech BA (Capital Markets) Job Description 1. Good knowledge of Investment Banking and Asset / Wealth Management 2. Excellent knowledge of Vanilla Equity and Fixed Income products, how they work, their attributes 3. Excellent knowledge of Equity Derivatives, how they work, their attributes 4. Excellent knowledge of Structured or Exotic Equity derivatives, Debt derivatives 5. Should be able to explain the trade lifecycle 6. Good understanding of how markets work 7. Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile approaches 8. Excellent ability to analyze databases directly using query language tools such as SQL 9. Have an excellent understanding of data relationships, normalisation 10. Excellent communication skills 11. Intermediate to Good knowledge in Python a. Knowledge of Conditional Statements & Loops: If-else Control Structures, For/While Loops b. Ability to perform Advanced Operations Using for Loops c. Demonstrate knowledge of Python Classes & Inheritance d. Understand Fundamental Data Structures & their Implementation e. Good knowledge of Exceptions & Command Line Arguments
