Job Title: Healthcare Functional and Non-Functional (Test Manager) Job Type : Open for Both Contract and Permanent Work Model : Remote/Hybrid Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Functional and Non-Functional Test Manager for a client in UK public sector, preferably with healthcare domain experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare software applications through rigorous functional and non-functional testing. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare IT and testing methodologies. - Propose and implement improvements to testing processes to enhance overall software quality. Responsibilities: 1. Functional Testing: Conduct end-to-end testing of healthcare software applications to validate functional requirements. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts and Defect management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user scenarios. - Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely issue resolution. 2. Non-Functional Testing: Perform performance testing to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under various conditions. - Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards. - Evaluate system usability and accessibility to enhance the overall user experience. - Collaborate with infrastructure teams to assess and optimize system performance with Operational Acceptance Testing. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Generate comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, DSR, WSR and MSR. - Provide regular status updates on testing progress and results to stakeholders. 4. Other Desired Skills: • Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing of healthcare software applications • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations • Proficiency in testing tools and technologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Note : Sponsorship will be provided to right candidate
