Description of key responsibilities: Assisting with the development of marketing strategies and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns Creating effective email marketing campaigns, from initial planning stages to final concepts and delivery Creating content (including creating & editing videos) for all social channels including TikTok and Instagram as well as our own blog Measuring the performance of campaigns and reporting on the findings to support future campaign decision making Using relevant software to create and edit visual content Providing support on social media initiatives and campaigns for example, engaging with our community live on TikTok Analysing and keeping up to date on trends across all social platforms and reacting to these to ensure content is on trend Tracking competitor activity to keep abreast of their marketing efforts and offering and suggesting potential improvements and changes in strategy Ad-hoc projects to support development and gain insight into other areas of our business
