Cloud Scrum Master / Project Manager (hybrid role) Skillset & Experience: Requirements: Knowledge and experience of managing and working with Squads covering Cloud Transitions and New Cloud implementations: - • Design • Security compliance • Implementation • Code Automation • Lifecycle Management and Cost controls Focus of the Squad is Cloud Infrastructure Engineering solutions: • End-2-End design reviews • Cloud Subscriptions • Cloud Networking Connectivity • Security compliance • Cloud to On-prem Connectivity • Cloud Services • Certification & Assessment • Implementation • Cloud Cost Optimisation • Tagging of Cloud resources from and audit, ownership and controls perspective Managing Squads / Cloud Teams of 5 - 20 people across the BlackRock organisation Preferable / Will help: Understand the above will be a skillset difficult to find in the Marketplace and in high demand, if we can't find ppl with the above, what will be very beneficial is: • On-prem experience and knowledge of working in Technology Engineering: • Infrastructure Projects: • Networks • Servers: • Windows & Linux • Application Deployments Core Experience: • Previous Infrastructure engineering roles (hands on experience) • 10 - 15 years in Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering • Cloud automation and orchestration expereince • 10 - 15 years Scrum Master / Project Mgmt. experience Additional Experience • Jira • ADO • Excel: developing Macros • Scrum Master heading towards being a Scrum Coach I have found from personal experience, Scrum Masters with experience of managing Development teams (DevOps, new Services) adapt well to Cloud roles
