Description:

• Perform software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations (such as HCM Solutions, Jira, Clarizen, etc.) using ServiceNow best practices • Obtain and analyse business requirements and document technical solutions • Develop, design and roll out new application modules, workflows and catalogue requests • Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value • Design and deliver technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform • Ability to write clean code and easily understandable documents used by release mangers to move updates to UAT and production. • Create detailed documentation such as Technical Design Documentation • Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer • Provide escalated support on technical issues to team members who are working service now implementations • Must have experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, Jelly • Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
