Role Description As a Senior Group Treasury Analyst, you'll oversee cash management, financial modeling, and funding lines, collaborating with regional teams to optimise liquidity and manage loans. Your responsibilities include managing bank covenants, trade debtors, and intercompany loans, ensuring compliance and optimising interest and foreign exchange strategies. Additionally, you'll provide ad-hoc analysis, offering support across various roles within the Group Treasury Team as needed. Principle Accountabilities: Cash management: working with the regional teams, monitoring, controlling and reporting on liquidity, headroom and loans. Financial modelling: consolidated cash forecasts, liquidity and working capital analysis. Funding lines: calculate borrowing base, monitor, report and advise on future limits and issues arising in the forecast. Trade Debtors: aged reporting and analysis. Bank covenants: calculate, forecast and present to management. Intercompany loans and settlement: report and ensure compliance. Interest: optimisation and advice to the business. Foreign exchange: exposure reporting and assisting regional teams with hedging. Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary. Cover for other roles within the Group Treasury Team. Analyse financial data, including liquidity and working capital items and provide meaningful reports and recommendations to management. Monitor, report and manage cash and liquidity, including forecasting and funding. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cash management. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations to ensure compliance. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Relevant qualification in treasury, accounting or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Treasury role. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data. Experience with financial modelling and forecasting. Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial software. Good communication and presentation skills. Experience with Treasury management systems. What we can offer you!
