Position: Photographer | Videographer Location: london Salary: dependable on job We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer | Videographer to join our team. As a Photographer | Videographer, you will be making reels for our beauticians at work and makeup beauty photoshoots for models for our website and social media pages, which you will be credited for. You will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality images and videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and vision. This will include Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate and execute photoshoots and video shoots for various projects, including but not limited to product launches, events, and marketing campaigns - Use your artistic eye and technical skills to capture and edit visually appealing images and videos that align with our brand's aesthetic - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for photoshoots and video shoots - Ensure all equipment is properly set up and functioning before each shoot - Direct and guide models and subjects to achieve desired poses and expressions - Edit and retouch images and videos to meet quality standards and deadlines - Manage and organize all digital assets, including photos and videos, in an efficient and organized manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content - Travel to various locations for on-site shoots as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Photographer | Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software - Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling - Strong understanding of color correction and retouching techniques - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed - A degree or diploma in photography, videography, or a related field is preferred If you are a passionate and creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio, we would love to hear from you.
