Role and responsibilitiesWorking across multiple Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce websites.Creating Magento 2 websites to a specification and/or design for new clients.Installing and updating Magento extensions.Creating custom Magento extensions & overridesProviding support to live Magento customers within the support rotation.Completing detailed worklogs summarising work completed.Communicating with customers through a portal system on change requests and support tickets (tickets).Providing estimates on new tickets.Daily Tasks:Progressing tickets to a specification and/or design.Logging time and actions against tickets.Monitoring communication on tickets and responding to customers.Liaising with project and support managers on ticket progress.Weekly Tasks:Joining developer meetings to discuss and resolve complex issues on other tickets.Monthly Tasks:Joining the company update meeting to learn about upcoming projects and general company performance.Required skills and experienceMagento 2 development experience (3 years)Javascript development experience (3 years)Adobe Commerce Magento: Admin Panel, Commerce Cloud, such as Page BuilderReact/PWA framework experience (3 years)PHP development experience (3 years)HTML development experienceCSS development experienceMySQL development experienceDesired skills and experienceAdobe/Magento coding standardsAdobe/Magento 2 certificationMagento 2 module installation & upgradeMagento 2 version upgrade experienceSystem integration experience
