We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Hull to assist with the appointment of a Housing Surveyor , on a 3- month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £17.00 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: To promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people and/or vulnerable adults. Project manage building related works from inception to completion to ensure client is kept informed and building work is carried out in accordance with contract documents. Carry out surveys for disabled adaptations in the public and private sector housing stock; prepare detailed plans, specifications, schedules and reports. Provide home owners, landlords and tenants with advice and assistance in relation to energy efficiency and maintenance to help occupiers to maintain their homes. Liaise with other agencies, departments and members to achieve a co-ordinated approach to service provision. Requirements: ONC or OND in Construction HNC in Building Studies Project manage building work from inception to completion Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
