Job Title Maintenance Engineer Salary Up to £50,000 Location Northampton Shift 4 on 4 off (Days) Industry FMCG/ManufacturingSynergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG/Manufacturers in the country! This is your chance to join a company with a presence in over 40 different markets, with plenty of opportunity for growth. What you'll be doing : Overseeing and conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery Identifying and diagnosing problems and faults on production machinery and implementing solutions Reporting to Engineer Supervisor as part of the Maintenance team Your background and skills: Multiskilled: comprehensive knowledge of high-speed mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation and PLC control systems Formal qualification(s) in Engineering/Maintenance discipline Previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing environment Excellent awareness and experience of working to high Health & Safety standards Good level of understanding of the process, products, and quality procedures Familiar with Planned Preventative Maintenance Experienced in fault finding and problem solving What's in it for you: 20 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Generous pension contributions Subsidised canteen Development plan if needed Career progression opportunities On-site parking PPE provided What you need to do now: If you are a multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, we want to hear from you!
