Job Title: Mechanical Technician Salary: Up to £36,159.08 per year Shift: Days only Location: Wellingborough Synergi are recruiting for a Mechanical Technician to join a leading FMCG/Food company based in Wellingborough. This is the chance to join a company who have invested into their site to bring in the latest technology and automation!Based at their site in Wellingborough, the role will support the performance and efficiency of a site that operates on a 24/7 basis. The shift pattern for this position will be days only Monday-Friday. Benefits include enhanced holiday entitlement and onsite free parking. Key responsibilities will include: Continued development and improvements of procedures and systems Being proactive in your approach to maintenance tasks and monitoring Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and accurate Upholding site standards with the ability to confidently manage contractors and the associated paperwork About you: ONC/HNC or equivalent recognised apprenticeship in electrical and/or mechanical engineering Working knowledge of pneumatics Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible and adaptable as no two days are ever the same Excellent prioritisation and time management skills Effective communicator at all levels Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills Good IT skills including Word and Excel Apply now!
