Algorithm Developer - 3D image reconstructions Cambridge - Hybrid This Cambridge based pharmaceutical company are world leaders in drug discovery and development. They have multiple new drug candidates progressing in clinical development and so are looking to grow their image processing team. The team are creating 3D protein structures from imaging data.We are looking for individuals who are experienced in image analysis and novel algorithm development. Youll need to bring new ideas to the table to shape and develop research in the field of single particle analysis. You'll need to be proficient in Python and have a good understanding of SPA image processing theory. You need to have experience in the following areas: Detailed knowledge of single particle analysis image processing theoryPrevious experience in algorithm development for single particle analysisExcellent knowledge of PythonExperience using GitIn return you will get to work with state-of-the-art infrastructure and help shape the research in this field. This is an amazing opportunity and we can be flexible on level for the right candidate.
