We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Quality Assurance Manager , on a 4 - month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £31.98 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: As Quality Assurance Manager you will join a committed team, dedicated to providing care and support to the Citizens of Cardiff. This role will suit an experienced social worker who believes in the value of social work and who thrives on continuous development and service improvement. Requirements: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills Experience of managing others Ability to exercise a leadership and challenge function with team managers and social work practitioners Ability to identify areas for policy and practice improvement and lead on their implementation Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
