Job Title: Microsoft 365 Architect (21Vianet / China Regulations Expert) Location: United Kingdom Job Type: Two (2) Year Contract at 40 hours per week. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Architect with specialized expertise in 21Vianet operated Microsoft services in China and a deep understanding of China-based regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft 365 architecture, implementation, and migration, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with Chinese regulatory requirements and optimizing performance within the 21Vianet framework. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee the architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the 21Vianet ecosystem. Ensure compliance with China's cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards, including data protection and privacy laws. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security measures and protocols specific to China's regulatory environment. Lead migration projects to Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. Provide expert guidance on leveraging Microsoft 365 services within China, including best practices for deployment, customization, and maintenance. Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture designs, implementation plans, and compliance measures. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with China-based regulations and identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Microsoft 365 within China, offering support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay abreast of new developments in Microsoft 365 features, 21Vianet offerings, and Chinese regulatory changes, adapting strategies and solutions accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect, with a deep understanding of the 21Vianet operated Microsoft cloud environment. Expert knowledge of China's IT regulations, including cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy laws. Strong experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, deployments, and configurations within the Chinese market. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
