We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincoln to assist with the appointment of a Business Support Officer, on a 6 -month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £14.41 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: Remain up to date and compliant with Government legalisation according to placement area, including but not limited to, Highways Act, Childrens Act, DBS regulations and DfE regulations, in order to uphold and share standards of best practice. Support managers in identifying skills gap analysis aligning training provision with service needs. Being aware of financial restraints whilst weighing risks to the council of non compliance with statutory obligations and future service needs, employee CPD. At all time seeking best value from outcomes To undertake Exam Invigilation duties within scope of role Ensure business support outcomes comply with statutory regulations, Council policies, processes and systems Assist in the development of appropriate information systems and administrative procedures. To contribute imaginative ideas to improve the quality of services to Customers Qualifications: 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
