Role Overview: As a new enquiries Personal Injury Paralegal, you'll be at the forefront of our client intake process, conducting initial consultations, gathering essential case details, and ensuring a smooth transition into the legal system. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact clients' lives and contribute to their journey toward justice. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial consultations with potential clients regarding personal injury claims. - Gather and organize crucial case information such as medical records and accident reports. - Collaborate with attorneys to assess case viability and determine next steps. - Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details. Qualifications: - Previous experience in personal injury law or legal settings is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Empathetic demeanor and ability to handle sensitive situations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
