Conveyancing Assistant Coventry Clayton Legal are currently working with a well-established law firm based in Coventry where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing...Conveyancing Assistant Coventry Clayton Legal are currently working with a well-established law firm based in Coventry where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team. Duties Include: - Supporting on a caseload from inception to completion dealing with sale and purchases files - Drafting and sending part exchange paperwork, pre-contract enquires and other relevant legal documentation - Preparing reports - Conducting title searches - Opening files - Taking initial instruction Skills/Experience Required Include: - Background in residential conveyancing - Strong written and verbal communication skills and a calm, professional approach - Good keyboard ability including audio typing - Experience of using search providers e.g HMRC Portal, Land Registry etc - Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritise work The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within Residential Property, have excellent client care skills, a great attention to detail and is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term in a respected legal practice.
