Finance Administrator FTC 18 months We are looking for a highly organised administrator to join our Finance Team managing all stock for a technical team and being solely responsible for ordering and processing invoices. Are you organised and dependable? Do you have administration experience that you would like to build upon? Are you looking for a role where you can gain experience in Finance? What does the role involve? Managing and processing order requests daily. Liaise daily with Managers on stock volume and availability Maintain the booking in/out of stock through our finance package and CRM Identify changes in purchasing patterns and propose action to ensure customer requirements are met Raise invoices to customers daily Provide ad-hoc reports as required Raise all invoicing to ensure compliance with finance company requirements Match purchase orders to sales orders Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required Investigate and report any invoicing discrepancies Conduct monthly stocktakes What are we looking for? Excellent organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound decision-making Experience working within an office environment Experience working on Sage Intacct desirable but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel Attention to detail is essential.
