Key Requirements: Proven ability in diagnostic fault finding under production pressureMechanical expertise with essential electrical experienceKnowledge of TPM principles and computerized management systems preferredResponsibility for PPM throughout the building18th Edition certification for electrical work if electrical bias, advantageous but not essential Key Duties: Execute planned maintenance activities as per the scheduleAttend and repair breakdowns, reporting all actions and necessary follow-upProactively prevent equipment failures and enhance overall equipment performanceUndertake necessary training for skill and knowledge enhancementWork under departmental and site KPIs for maximizing business performance The Successful Candidate Will Have: HNC standard or equivalent or higher in an Engineering disciplineTime-served with Mechanical or Electrical bias to NVQ Level 3 or equivalentPost-apprenticeship experience, preferably in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment plastic packaging environment advantageousProven skills in preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement Benefits: Competitive Salary: Up to £43kShifts: Continental 3 on 3 off days then nightsHolidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidaysAuto-enrolment Royal London Pension 5 employee & 3 employerHealth shield plan covering dental, optical, physioLife Assurance: 1 x Basic salary For immediate consideration of the Maintenance Engineer position, please "click apply" or contact Sam Proctor at E3 Recruitment on 01484 XXXXXX.
