Your approach will be characterized by efficiency, empathy, and calmness, ensuring that every passenger feels welcomed and cared for during their visit to Bristol Airport.Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with diverse individuals.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively.Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards as per airport guidelines.Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
