Head of Reservations - London – Up to £40,000 - DOE Head of ReservationsLocation: London Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE COREcruitment is working with a hospitality company that is a growing late night bar group based in London that creates venues. They are looking for an exceptional head of reservations to take the reins and join their family. I am looking for a pro-active, goal-oriented, ambitious, and organised self-starter with a passion for reservations and customer satisfaction alongside strong people management skills.You will be at the forefront of the group’s reservations. The position demands exceptional management of the reservations team, a hunger to beat targets, and high proficiency on DesignMyNight’s Collins bookings software.We’re an entrepreneurial team so you’ll have the opportunity to have your say and grow with the business, leading the charge in the company’s overall reservations.All candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hospitality reservations on Collins software and 2 years at multi-site level.Key Responsibilities:Management of the reservations team.Manage training in Collins settings and up-selling for all venues to ensure reservations are constantly optimised.Reservations technical set-up of future sites and openingsTraining of all future reservations recruits.Lead weekly sales meetings with GM’s.Using DesignMyNight’s Collins software to report on upcoming revenue and develop strategies for streamlining reservations.Work with the sales and marketing director to create new initiatives to drive off-peak sales.Management of all sales-related projects, including menu implementation, booking software optimisation and customer comms.Analyse competitor activity to suggest sales led initiatives to boost revenue.Hours: Office Hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.Key Competencies and Skills Required:A natural and highly ambitious leader with a passion to grow in the hospitality industry.A passion for reservationsExcellent eye for detail to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standardsA team player, ready to support others and work with departments, at all levelsExcellent time management skillsStrong communication skills, verbally and writtenHighly analytical and goal oriented.Highly proficient in excel and sales reportingAn attentive management style.
