This team work with young people between the ages of 16 and 25 years old who are in the care of the local authority, or care experienced.About the roleYou will need to have a Social Work degree and a minimum of 5 years’ post qualifying experience to be considered for this position. You may also have a background in Leaving Care, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children UASC, Children in Care and Care Experienced Young People.
