About the teamThis team strive to implement positive change in children, families and carers lives by using systemic social work methods. The team work within pods to optimise the management, oversight and support to all Social Workers. Social Workers must have with experience and skill to: About youThe successful candidate will be confident undertaking comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely way to inform development of outcome focused care plans with Children and their Families.
