The Role: As a Car Painter / Prepper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and preparing stock vehicles for retail. Responsibilities: Undertake chip, scuff, dent repair, and alloy wheel refurbishment. Maintain high standards of workmanship. Work efficiently to meet targets. Promote company values and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previously worked as a Car Painter, Car Prepper or in a similar role. Experience of working within a body shop and accident repair setting. Ability to problem solve and work independently. Strong communication skills At least 1 year of experience in car painting would be preferred. Full driving licence.
