Some key responsibilities within this team may include, carrying out Care Act assessments, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments, working with other professionals for the best interest of the client. This team does have an requirement of face to face visits to be carried out within the community, flexibility of working hybrid will be offered. About youA Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake cases independently and demonstrate the capability to adapt the approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual cases.
