While an interest or experience working in a technology focussed role would be beneficial, it is not a requirement and full training will be provided.Role Responsibilities First point of contact for all inbound customer calls received into the main support numbers. Providing day-today support to the end-user baseEscalate unresolved issues to 1st/2nd line supportResponsible for ensuring incident reports/queries are properly logged in the ITSM IT Service Management, toolEnsure excellent customer serviceManage requests for changes Experience Excellent customer service skillsStrong desire for a career within ITProficient at a basic level using IT hardware e.g., computers & printersGood admin skills, ensuring key notes are taken and organised accordinglyNo experience needed however, you will have good basic IT skills In return our client is offering a competitive salary of up £22,000 Hybrid working
