Mechanical Maintenance Engineer : Farnborough : GBP 42,000 Location:Farnborough, Hampshire Salary: GBP 42,000 + Plenty of Overtime Hours :Monday to Friday Days 8AM : 5PM Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider within a Critical Environment? PRS are currently looking for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a FM service provider who are recruiting for a Critical Site in Hampshire. The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C and G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In this exciting and strategic role you will be responsible for Operating and maintaining all mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100 uptime availability as well as Monitoring and troubleshooting site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc). Duties: : Operating and maintaining all mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100 uptime availability : Monitoring and troubleshooting site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc) : Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS, PMS, CMS Requirements: : City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications : Full UK driving license Package: : 25 Days Holiday : Pension Scheme : Overtime : First class Training : Call out : Excellent People Culture : Fantastic Progression opportunities : Plus, Much More
