Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Data Domain Manager, and this contract role comes with an Umbrella rate of A GBP 44.30 per hour. As a Data Domain Manager, you will be tasked to develop and implement data strategy and resolve cross:functional data issues. Your role will steer the development and deployment of data governance and adoption of data standards and tooling within the team. You will ensure that data assets are created in the Cloud Enterprise Data Warehouse for reuse by the wider enterprise in various prioritised use cases. In your first few weeks in this Data Domain Manager role, you can expect to: * Support Data Domain owners to map data within their domains and establish effective data governance and management* Manage all items on the Data Risks and Opportunities* Register with the cluster area by assigning owners, tracking progress, escalating blockers, and thoroughly documenting and prioritising issues* Develop Domain:level data strategy by grouping risks and identifying new opportunities from external benchmarking* Participate in defining global data policies, standards and guidelines and their adaptation to the specificities of the data domains in scope. for this Data Domain Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: * Technical expertise in Data Governance, Management and Analytics* Able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and the wider business* Significant experience in Data:driven solution design* Product management experience, managing the full lifecycle of the product, evolution to end.
