The Role: As a Commercial Account Executive, you will manage and expand a portfolio of commercial accounts, leveraging your negotiation skills and customer-focused approach. Duties: Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial accounts. Conduct face-to-face client meetings to assess and meet their insurance needs. Handle the full 360-degree cycle: prospect, win business, manage and upsell to clients. Collaborate with in-house teams and an Account Handler to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Utilise expert negotiation and problem-solving skills to cater to client requirements. Requirements: Previously worked as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler or in a similar role. Proven experience in cross-class commercial insurance. Ideally, possess 1 year experience in sales and account management. Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A strong track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. Valid driving licence. Benefits: Competitive salary.
