Job Description Responsibilities: : To operate and run production lines and equipment to achieve agreed performance levels in terms of Quality, Rate and Yield, EH and S, Hygiene and House Keeping.: Ensure communication and information flows are effective and timely: Provide feedback to support maintenance/process:related decision making.: Work with and support the shift team in the timely trouble:shooting of process problems.: Support the Team Perforamance Leader to ensure best practices including SOPs are understood and followed.: Participate in the continuous performance improvement of the Barrier Extrusion operation to achieve Best:in:Class capability and beyond: Maintain a high level of understanding regarding new developments in products and processes.
