We are recruiting for a Resource Advisor in the Belfast City Centre Area. The rate of pay will be £12.38 per hour. The hours of work are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Your Duties will include: To be responsible to the appropriate line manager for assisting in the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective service, including the application of basic Information Technology skills. To perform assigned duties and tasks, either as part of a team or individually as required, in accordance with specified time and quality standards including the prioritization of own workload when necessary. To further the aims and objectives of the project. To act in accordance with our clients customer care principles. What we need from you: 4 GCSE'S Grade A-C Previous Experience in a Customer Service Advising Position.
