Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant Contract type: Permanent Salary : £30,000- £33,000 p/a Location : Maidenhead Work Type : Office base 5 days week with some flexibility of hybrid work after 6 months probation. About the opportunity: This role is suitable for someone who is agile, willing to learn new things and able to work in an environment where you have alternating priorities as per business needs. About the company: Rapidly expanding, ambitious LED lighting, electronic appliances manufacturing brand . Responsibilities: To support sales and marketing initiatives ranging from handling customer enquiries, updating company website. Preparing excel reports. Preparing broachers, presentations, leaflets and digital still media to promote the brand, it's products. Attending trade fairs, networking events along with company staff and Sales Leaders to promote the brand, meet customers and offer support to any product enquiries. Requirements: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles such as Sales Admin, Office Admin, Sales Support Admin, Customer Support, Marketing Assistant, Sales Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Experience of working in the UK Lighting industry would be a bonus. Willing to work form the office 5 days a week (particularly during the probation period) Willing to learn, grow and adapt. This role is only open to candidates who reside in the UK and are eligible to work in the UK. Unfortunately, overseas applicants and candidates who require sponsorship will not be considered.
