PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, WARWICK, GBP 50K+ (DOE) : Due to the continued success and expansion of the firm's private client department, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor. JOB REF: 5571 - This firm act for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning.- Typically, the clients that require advice on wills, trusts and probate are wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm.- You will be working with an enviable caseload of HNW clientele and have responsibility for complex work including tax planning, estate management, will drafting and trusts.- You will have exceptional technical expertise and will be a STEP Member.- You will be comfortable to demonstrate your business development expertise alongside excellent communication skills and a track record of dealing with HNW clients successfully.- The firm strive to provide an enjoyable and fulfilling working environment where people can excel in their chosen career.- The firm are able to offer a competitive salary plus benefits and in particular a transparent career plan, this firm pride themselves on developing their people.- Contact Theresa Lucas at eNL on 454 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
