Building Services Account ManagerM and E / Facilities Management AccountCentral London : Single ContractCirca GBP 75 : 85,000 SalaryBonusPension Scheme Our customer are a well established and growing property and real estate organisation, with a number of high profile commercial M and E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and Globally. Due to an internal restructure, they have a requirement for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager / Director for a prestigious commercial customer. Working on a Monday to Friday basis, they are responsible for delivering a 5* service, delivering M and E maintenance, energy and sustainability and some soft services across a single high:profile building. With a team of circa 25 staff, comprising supervisory, engineering team and contract support/facilities team, and ultimately liaising with on:site client. Guideline salary is in between GBP 75 : 85,000 for the right individual, and comes with a bonus scheme, pension, and the opportunity for training and further development for a market leader within thecommercial building services and facilities management space. Candidates will have at least five years of experience managing M and E or Total Facilities Management for commercial environments, either for a dedicated M and E service provider, managing agent, or similar. While not requiring a technical background due to a strong engineering team both on:site and centrally, M and E training would be beneficial. Additional training such as Institute of Leadership Management (Level 3:5), IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM, etc will be desirable. Particular working experience will extend to: : Man:Management of a 25:strong team : Budgetary Responsibility for a circa GBP 2.5 million P and L : Deliver planned and reactive M and E maintenance across the site : Engage with multiple stakeholders across the account : Ensure Compliance through Auditing : Energy and Sustainability Initiatives : Reduce WIP : Identify opportunity for project works : Succession Planning This organisation are a market leader, operating across most sectors including corporate, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centres, etc. As such there are great opportunities for progression, allowing both steps up into Area/Regional Management as well as exploring different accounts through an encouragement of internal movement. It will suit an ambitious and determined Account Manager/Director, looking to further their career with one of the top names in their field.
