The Role: As an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead professional quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy services. Responsibilities: Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities and other tender documentation. Act as Project QS on public and private sector projects. Monitoring the projects advancement to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule. Maintain strong team and client relationships. Requirements: Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Possess relevant work experience. BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying. Knowledge of construction project delivery under various contracts. Registered or eligible for registration under the Building Control Act 2007. Skilled in Buildsoft Cubit, Cost X, or similar software. Strong communication and IT skills. Chartered with SCSI RICS would be preferred. Valid driving licence.
