Within this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Running a full caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholder matters and reorganisationsProviding sound and sensitive advice to clientsSupporting more junior members of the teamTaking part in networking and Business Development Initiatives Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be joining and friendly, close-knit team that has a high-quality pipeline of work.
