We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Hillingdon to assist with the appointment of a Property Lawyer , on a 4-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £35.00 - £45.05 per hour Summary: To undertake the full range of Conveyancing Work of the Council and to assist In the provision of an efficient and cost effective legal service to the Council and its Departments. Qualifications: To be an admitted Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and have a right of audience in all Proceedings in the County Court or be about to gain such a right of audience. Experience: Recent experience of advocacy in the County Court. Recent experience of advocacy in the Magistrates' Court. Experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work Experience of dealing with all aspects of residential property work Experience of working in Local Government Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
