About the role: The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's hybrid infrastructure. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration, performance, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of best practices in hybrid architecture. Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do: Infrastructure Design, implement, and maintain a hybrid infrastructure that spans on-premises and cloud environments. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure effective integration and operation of both environments. Build scalable solutions in line with IT and business strategies. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking components and business applications. Collaborate with global IT teams to implement tools and scripts for efficient infrastructure management and deployment. Ensure existing and new implementations follow best practice standards and eliminate technical debt. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Conduct regular assessments and implement optimizations for improved performance. Security and Compliance Implement and enforce security best practices for existing and new cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with global security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in both environments. Troubleshooting and Support Operate with global teams to provide technical support for on-premises and cloud infrastructure-related issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents across hybrid environments. Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of on-premises and cloud architecture, processes, and procedures. Provide training and documentation for internal teams. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hybrid solutions. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management. Produce reporting statistics to enable data-based decisions and proactive maintenance. Here are some of the things you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Desirable) Proven experience managing Cloud Infrastructure in large corporate environment. Experience being part of a project team delivering scalable global solutions. Strong expertise in Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure required. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell). Knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
