Delivering full office support and sales order processing, the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar wide-ranging sales support role with the ability to provide a high-level administrative sales support function. A genuinely customer focussed attitude and strong MS Office skills are essential in order to maintain our client’s reputation for service excellence.Key Responsibilities Database managementSubmitting client finance applications to lendersCommunicating lender decisions with sales staff and clientsLiaising with manager to identify alternative proposals where requiredSpeaking to suppliers for invoicesProducing finance documents & sending to clientsWorking with the director to plan and implement marketing materialsDiary management & booking meetings for the DirectorGeneral office adminAnswering inbound telephone calls Key Skills & Experience Previous sales or general office administration experienceHighly organised with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritise and organisePositive, pro-active and flexible approachWell presented and customer focussedExcellent level of attention to detail and accuracyDesire to excel and develop within the role and the company This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, highly organised Sales Office Administrator to join a highly successful and well-established organisation at a time of exciting, sustained growth.
