Person specification : * ( Essential ) Active registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist.* ( Essential ) Ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate a team.* ( Essential ) Ability to build good relationships with team members, customers and external partners.* ( Essential ) High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.* ( Essential ) Ability to speak Spanish* ( Essential ) Willingness to relocate to Gibraltar/the Spanish border
