Within this Family Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include: Working on a broad spectrum of privately funded Family matters including divorce and financial remedy issues, children and injunction matters, surrogacy, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreementsFace to face contact with clientsCreate and maintain client relationshipsAdvocacyBusiness Development and marketing initiativesLegal research and keeping up to date with any changes in the law The candidate will ideally have 3+ PQE, can work well under pressure, is a team player and is looking to make a difference for their clients.
