You will be joining a reputable Inquests team to work your own high-quality Regulatory caseload that will include matters such as: Inquests and Coroners Court workMental Health and Court of Protection mattersConsent to treatment casesGDPR and data protection matters for the Mental Health ActAdvocacy The successful candidate will ideally have a 0-4 years PQE range and if at NQ level, will have ideally have done a Regulatory and/or Inquests seat during their Training Contract.
