Within this Real Estate Solicitor position, you will be working on behalf of a varied client base from private individuals to large banks and national companies. Your day-to-day duties may include: Running your own complex caseload of buying/selling farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, easements and bank security mattersAdvising landowners on diversification and development projectsOpportunity to support the Private client team on the administration of estates with a farming elementBusiness Development Initiatives and networkingSupporting more junior members of the Real Estate team The successful candidate for this Real Estate Solicitor role will ideally have between 2-5 years PQE, excellent client care skills and wants to help shape and develop an award-winning Real Estate department.
