The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting social workers in providing support to Looked After Children LAC.The Social Work Assistant will work alongside social workers to help young people in care achieve their full potential. This will involve carrying out assessments, creating care plans, and providing practical and emotional support to LAC and their families.The role requires a compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
