Together, let's create unforgettable moments of fun and excitement that keep our guests coming back for more.Skills and ExperinenceMust have…•3+ years proven experience in customer marketing or customer relationship management CRM.•Self-sufficient in building automated customer comms workflows using marketing automation technology e.g. Salesforce, Dot Digital, HubSpot.•Enjoys planning, creating and/or briefing content creation for customer comms; excellent copywriter and proof-reader. Knows data compliance/GDPR really well. As well as how to effectively target and manage customer data.•Proven eye for detail in mapping out customer journeys and improving customer experience.•Proficient at using CRM and email distribution tools. Knows how to manage customers through data, comms, and tech. And is able to use Microsoft Office. Will help with vendor selection, workng closely with IT.•Leadership capacity for being the expert in their field within the company.
