As part of a restaurant and bar group making waves across London, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a General Manager eager to propel their career forward About the venue and company * A newly renovated South:East Asian inspired restaurant located in Central London.* Part of a leading company renowned for its top bars and venues across London* A specially curated menu proudly showcases a diverse array of unique culinary delights. About the position * Supervise the daily operations of a restaurant specializing in South:East Asian cuisine.* Manage a 100:seat restaurant spanning over three floors.* Develop and execute operating systems to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.* Monitor financial targets and establish streamlined processes to meet them.* Provide oversight of staff performance and foster a harmonious work environment. The successful candidate * At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high:volume establishment.* Proficient in food safety and health regulations.* Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.* Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.* Prior experience with South:East Asian cuisine is advantageous.
