You will handle a caseload of complex cases, including Court of Protection matters, mental capacity issues, and safeguarding investigations. Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQEExperience in Adult Social Care LawStrong knowledge of Court of Protection matters, mental capacity issues, and safeguarding investigationsAbility to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines Salary and BenefitsThe Local Authority is offering a competitive hourly rate of £40-£50ph for this 3-month contract position.
