We are seeking Human Resources Administrator in Belfast.The hours of work are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £18.53 per hour. Responsibilities:- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings.- Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies.- Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed.- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.- Manage social media accounts related to HR activities.What we need from you:- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficient in data entry and report generation.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with social media management for HR purposes.The Next Stage:-Contact Mark or leah in our office on 028 2525 1058-Email: XXXX@prime-rec.com-Click Apply
